What's the cancellation policy?If you cancel or reschedule your booking 72 hours prior to your appointment time without penalty; however, if you cancel after 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time your 50% deposit will be non refundable. For group and private events, we require advance notice of any changes or cancellations, which those terms will be explicitly defined in your contract. What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards. Cash accepted by special request only. Payments will be processed via credit card ONLY once the appointment day and time is confirmed.

What locations do you serve?We are currently Serving Houston Texas & Surrounding Areas (Sugarland, Pearland, Missouri City, Katy, Richmond, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Stafford, Conroe, Texas City, Pasadena, League City, Kingwood, Baytown, & more) Yes, we will travel out of state or internationally, which will require advanced pre-planning. Is gratuity added?Gratuity is not included in your booking charge. The amount is at the customer's discretion; we can include it in your credit card charge by request.
